This is a 1960 photograph of my grandfather, John Amery Corbitt in Anna, Illinois. I spent many summers there. He was a farmer, as well as owned his own ice delievery business.
This is the first memory of my family. Anna is a town situated in the farming country of Southern Illinois. Most likely our ancesters moved here from Kentucky to obtain farming land.
